Fasting Muffins With Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 250 g buckwheat phyllo
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 small leek
  • sea salt, pepper
  • 1/2 cup allowed oil
  • 2 cups of mineral water
  • 3 tablespoons flour (buckwheat and spelt)
  • 1/2 baking powder

Preparation

First cut phyllo pastry into stripes. Then cut mushrooms and leek and fry on a little oil gradually adding water. When softened add phyllo and one cup of mineral water and stir all. In other bowl mix flour, and baking powder with one cup of mineral water, add little less then half cup of oil and mix with mushroom mixture. You’ll get density of muffins, so take the mixture with spoon and put into molds for muffins. Bake about 30 minutes on 200 degrees.
