- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 dl mineral water
Whisk in a bowl egg, add flour, salt and water. Mix all well. Melt butter in a pan for pancakes and add it also in the mixture. Put the mixture in a heated pan. For each pancake pour half a ladle of mixture. They will be thin, so will be fried quick. From this amount you can get some five to six small pancakes.
