Spicy Turkey


  • 1 piece of turkey breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • spices: colorful pepper, chili, curry, sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream

For the side dish:

  • 1/2 cup frozen green beans


Wash the meat and dry. Then roll it well in the mixture of spices and leave to rest. One, two or five hours, as long as you wish. Then melt the butter in a frying pan, reduce temperature and fry meat from both sides. Cook green beans in little water. When the meat is fried place it in a plate, add green beans on other side, and put sour cream over the meat to gently melt and to absorb spices. If you’re in restriction you can skip this part.
