Scrambled Eggs Of Stale Bread


  • 2 small slices of stale chrono bread
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 3 eggs (or more per one meal)
  • 1 small tablespoon of butter
  • pinch of sea salt and pepper


Chop the onion into thin ribs. Heat the butter and add onion and while frying it cut the bread into cubes and add to onion. When onion is softened and translucent add scrambled eggs. Add little salt and pepper and fry on moderate temperature stirring slowly with a wooden spoon. That’s it. There’s no reason to throw away bread.
