Fish Balls With Broccoli


  • 2 grouper fishes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • few grains of pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tablespoons chopped ramsons
  • sea salt
  • allowed oil


Put in a deep pot cleaned fishes, add bay leaves, pepper and few lemon rings. Cook on moderate temperature until fish softened and starts separate from the bones. Strain and leave to cool and then make fillets from the fish. Separate broccoli florets from the stem and cook in salted water. Then drain and chop. Mix in a bowl chopped fish, broccoli, egg white, ramsons and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper, mix and leave in the fridge to rest. With greased hands form balls and arrange in a baking dish covered with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until get nice golden color. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve with lettuce or cucumber salad.
