Ingredients

  • leek
  • sliced bacon

Preparation

Take a thinner leek, clean it, divide into half and cut it in length. Wash it because the dirt can stay between layers. Dry it and be careful not to disassemble it. Take slices of bacon and wrap the entire length of leek. Heat the frying pan. First fry chrono bread on a dry pan. Then add rolled leek and few slices of bacon if you want. In the second part of pan bread the egg and fry until done. Turn the leek with the fork to get nice golden color on all sides. Something like this can be prepared from time to time for lunch, of course without bread.
