- 2 – 3 teaspoons tahini
- 2 – 3 teaspoons lukewarm water
- 1/3 bunch of parsley
- pinch of sea salt
Put everything in the blender and mix well. From hot water, tahini paste will be well diluted and mixed with parsley and salt. Try it, and if it is too strong add a little more water and spice per your taste. And mix again. You can combine this spread with toasted bread and cheese for the breakfast. It also can be used for lunch with some vegetables or meat.
