Tuna And Caper Pate


  • 1 can of tuna in brine
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1,5 teaspoon homemade or Dijon mustard
  • juice of 1/4 large lemon
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon caper
  • little pepper


Put all ingredients into blender or food processor and mix until get pate. You don’t need to put salt in pate, because caper is salt enough. The density of pate depends on amount of lemon juice and oil.
