- 200 g spelt flour (for the start, later you’ll add more)
- 50 g corn flour (if you’re in restriction use millet flour)
- 200 ml homemade kefir
- 1,5 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 baking powder
First heat the oven together with a baking tray. Then mix dry ingredients, and then add kefir. Use spoon to mix the batter. Transfer to a floured working surface, sprinkle with more flour and knead. Add flour enough to get soft dough which not stick to fingers. Divide into four parts and make balls you’ll press with your palms. When finish take the baking paper and put it on a tray, then transfer the dough on it. Reduce temperature on 220 degrees and bake for some 15 minutes. Took them out from the oven with wet hands.
