Chicken Pate With Egg Yolks


  • 300 g cooked or roasted chicken meat (white and black)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 cooked egg yolks
  • sea salt, pepper, oregano
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (homemade or Dijon)
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 or 1/4 lemon


Put all ingredients into blender and mix well. As there are not many liquid things, you will need to open the blender a couple of times and lower the mixture to the bottom with a spoon, and then re-blend. If you have a little chicken soup, it could speed up the procedure.
