- 1 cup of buckwheat
- 1/3 leek
- sea salt, pepper, curry, turmeric
- pepita (pumpkin seeds)
Soak 1 cup of buckwheat in water and leave overnight. In the morning, throw that water and pour new. Heat to boil and remove from the stove. Cover and leave for 15 minutes to let grains to absorb all water. In the meantime chop the leek and fry on a little oil and water to soften. Add cooked buckwheat into leek and spices per taste.
