Melted Goat Cheese On Rye Bread


  • 300 g rye flour
  • baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • per tablespoon of pepita, sesame, sunflower seeds and ground flax
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 ml lukewarm water
  • sea salt

Mix all ingredients, knead the dough and leave to rest for half an hour. Pour into mold for bread and bake on 200 degrees about one hour.

For avocado spread:

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pinch of sea salt and colorful pepper


Put all ingredients into blender or food processor and mix until get compact spread. Take some goat cheese and put over the sliced bread. Heat it little in a heated frying pan or in the oven just to start melting. Serve with avocado spread, fresh radish and hot pepper.
