Spring Pate


  • 1 piece of cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 sprig of spring onion
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon caper
  • little Dijon mustard
  • little olive oil
  • spices per taste: curry, sea salt, pepper, lemon juice


Chop the spring onion and parsley and put in a blender with cooked meat. Add other ingredients and finely mix until get compact pate. If the mixture is too thick add little water until you get desired pate. What you’ll eat next to it choose yourself: cheese, eggs, cured meat products. Toast chrono bread to be crispy and enjoy.
