Parsley And Chive Spread


  • 250 g crumbled cheese or Feta cheese
  • 1 small bunch of chive
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • sea salt per taste
  • sesame per taste


Finely chop chive and parsley with olive oil in a blender or food processor. You can transfer to a bowl and then add cheese and spice if necessary. Or you can do everything in blender. You can enrich your spread with roasted sesame.
