Crackers With Olive Oil


  • 150 g rye flour
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 1/2 dl mineral water
  • 1/3 teaspoon sea salt


Mix in a bowl flour and salt. Grate sesame and sunflower seeds and add to the bowl. Stir all and add oil and water. Knead the dough. You’ll get greasy ball. Take the rolling pin and stretch the dough into disc. In the beginning, the dough will decompose, but do not worry. Stick it with your hands and apply it and then go over with a rolling pin. Take a round mold or some in the shape of heart, star or other you have and form crackers. Arrange them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake them on 200 degrees until become crispy. Make sauce or spread per your wish and enjoy in it with your tasty crackers.
