- 2 slices of bread or more (for one meal)
- 1 egg
- 1 piece of hard cheese
- little red pepper
- spices per taste
Cut two little thicker slice of bread, then scoop out so that the bottom remains as thin as possible to keep egg inside. Whisk in a bowl egg, add salt and spices per taste. Oregano goes well. Than add grated cheese and red pepper you cut into cubes. Heat butter in a frying pan, put bread in it and cover. When egg coagulate a bit, take spatula and quickly flip to fry another side for some one to two minutes. And that’s it. Perfect breakfast from old or unsuccessful bread.
If you’re in restriction you can skip hard cheese and use mozzarella or just little bacon and other vegetable per your wish.
