Bread With Sunflower


  • 250 g rye flour
  • 50 g spelt flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • pinch or two of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 ml water
  • sunflower seeds for sprinkling


Mix flours, oil and water and leave to ferment. Before baking add salt and baking powder and mix well to evenly knead into dough. Pour into tray covered with baking paper. Align with wet hands and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Press it bit into bread. Bake on 200 degrees for some one hour or more depending on the oven. Let it cool before you cut it.
