Cloud Bread


  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon rye flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil


First turn the oven on 220 degrees. Whisk in the bowl egg whites into foam and gradually add salt and baking powder. Then add one per one tablespoon of flour. At the end add oil. Grease baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture in it and put in the oven to bake some 15 to 20 minutes. Use the toothpick to check is it baked.
