Morning Marinade


  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon caper
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of oregano
  • top of one chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • little lemon juice per taste


Chop cherry tomato and mix with other ingredients. You can use this marinade with chrono bread you previously toasted on a dry frying pan. This kind of dressing is best to consume with prosciutto and old, hard cheese. Of course if you’re in non-restriction. If you’re still in restriction you can be satisfied with some young cheese.
