- 10 tablespoons flour (rye and spelt)
- 2 tablespoons pork fat
- 2 tablespoons crumbled cheese
- sea salt per taste
- 1 egg white
- raw sunflower seeds for rolling
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add pork fat and crumbled cheese and knead soft dough. Form balls and roll them into beaten egg white and then in sunflower seeds. Arrange on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. You’ll get juicy and soft balls.
