Balls With Cheese


  • 10 tablespoons flour (rye and spelt)
  • 2 tablespoons pork fat
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled cheese
  • sea salt per taste
  • 1 egg white
  • raw sunflower seeds for rolling
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add pork fat and crumbled cheese and knead soft dough. Form balls and roll them into beaten egg white and then in sunflower seeds. Arrange on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. You’ll get juicy and soft balls.
