Fast Meal Salad


  • few leaves of lettuce
  • 1 small or 1/2 large tomato
  • 50 g cracklings
  • 40 g chrono bread or other pastry
  • 80 g mature cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Chop the leaves of lettuce and tomato. Add cracklings and crumbled bread or pastry. Grate mature cheese over it and pour with olive oil. Stir all and enjoy in this perfect, delicious and energy meal.
