Morning Skewers


  • 5 – 6 small pieces of chrono bread
  • 5 – 6 thin slices of bacon
  • 5 – 6 thin slices of Gouda cheese or mozzarella


Cut the bread into thin slices and fry a bit on a dry pan, to become crispy. Then take 4 slices of Gouda cheese and halved them to get straps. Then wrap each piece of bread into cheese and then into bacon and wrap the ends. Put in heated frying pan each piece so that the side where is the end of bacon is down. Fry your packages from both sides until get nice golden color. Arrange them on a skewers and you can enjoy.

If you’re in restriction instead of Gouda cheese, you can use mozzarella.
