Turmeric And Curry Sticks


  • 100 g rye flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoons curry
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 80 ml water
  • 1 small tablespoon olive oil


Mix in a bowl flour, salt, baking powder, psyllium and spices. If you don’t have psyllium, just put a little less water. Knead the dough and divide into ten small balls. Put only a few drops of oil on the palms, first start to roll them between the palms, then continue on the working surface until you get the desired length and width of the sticks. Arrange on a baking paper you put on a baking tray and put into oven. Bake on 210 degrees until become mild crispy, some 15 minutes.
