Rye And Barley Small Bread


  • 100 g rye flour
  • 50 g barley flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 ml water


Mix in a bowl flours, salt and baking powder. Add water and oil and knead with the spoon. Leave to rest for 3 hours. Grease your hands with oil, take the dough and form little bread. Put on a baking paper you put into baking tray, align and press a little. Put in the oven and bake some 20 minutes on 200 degrees. Use toothpick to check is it baked. Remove from the oven, wrap in a dry dishcloth and leave until morning.
