- 4 tablespoons rye flour
- 4 tablespoons spelt flour + little
- pinch of baking powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml mineral water
- 2 tablespoons roasted red peppers sauce or tomatoe sauce
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Knead it little bit on a working surface. Form balls and then roll into the sticks. Bake fifteen minutes in the oven on 200 degrees.
