Red Sticks


  • 4 tablespoons rye flour
  • 4 tablespoons spelt flour + little
  • pinch of baking powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 2 tablespoons roasted red peppers sauce or tomatoe sauce


Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Knead it little bit on a working surface. Form balls and then roll into the sticks. Bake fifteen minutes in the oven on 200 degrees.
