Goat Cheese Spread


  • 200 g goat cheese
  • 2 cooked egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3 – 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame
  • little rocket salad and parsley


Mix crumbled cheese with crumbled egg yolks. Add olive oil and stir until get nice compact texture. You can do this in a blender, then the spread will be more creamy. Try and add salt if necessary. At the end add toasted sesame and chopped rocket salad and parsley.
