Little Greased Thin Bread


  • 70 g spelt flour
  • 30 g buckwheat flour
  • 100 ml lukewarm water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 small tablespoon pork fat
  • 1 flat teaspoon baking powder


First mix the flours, then add water and melted pork fat and mix well all, cover and leave to rest for some four hours. Then add salt and baking powder and stir all with spoon. The mixture will be thick and sticky. Pour into baking dish covered with baking paper, align with wet hands and put into oven. Bake some 15 to 20 minutes on 210 degrees. Use toothpick to check is it baked. Wrap into dry dishcloth and leave to cool until breakfast.
