- 2 apricots
- 2 peaches
- 1 nectarine
- 1 small banana (or 1/2 large)
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Freeze fruits for three hours into freezer. Fruit will not be completely frozen during this time, but the surface will begin to harden. If you overdo it, leave the fruit after frozen for 15 minutes at room temperature so that the blender does not go crazy.
