Colorful Glass


  • 1/2 cup cooked millet
  • 30 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons chopped almonds
  • 1 dl hemp milk
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 150 ml Greek yogurt
  • 300 g mashed cherry plums
  • 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
  • little Greek yogurt, grated chocolate and mint leaves for decoration


Arrange five layers in a glass, in this order: cooked millet enriched with chocolate with 75% cocoa and chopped almonds, and with hemp milk. If you don’t have hemp milk, you can use almond milk. For the second layer use raspberries. Third layer is Greek yogurt and the fourth is raspberries again. Finally, the fifth layer is cooked and mashed cherry plums mixed with chia seeds. Decorate your snack with little Greek yogurt, grated chocolate and mint leaves.
