Chubritza Sticks


  • 50 g integral spelt flour
  • 50 g soft spelt flour
  • 20 g oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds
  • 110 ml water


In Bulgarian cuisine, Chubritza is the Bulgarian word for Summer savory, widely used as an herb. In this case we use toasted seeds of sunflower, sesame and pumpkin. First, mix all flours with baking powder. Add seeds and olive oil and gradually add water. Knead the dough and then form sticks with greased hands. Bake on 220 degrees with ventilation.
