Muffins With Bran And Tuna


  • 3 eggs
  • 4 – 5 tablespoons oat bran
  • 3 tablespoons tuna
  • 1 teaspoon caper
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • spices per taste


Foamy whisk the eggs, add oat bran, tuna, chopped caper, baking powder and spices. Stir all and pour into greased molds for muffins or silicone molds. Put in preheated oven and bake about ten minutes on 220 degrees.
