Graham Bread With Seeds


  • 4 cups graham flour (or spelt or rye, or both)
  • 3 cups mineral water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • per tablespoon sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds or pepita
  • baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Mix all dry ingredients, then add mineral water and oil. Mix using wooden spoon and pour into greased and floured baking dish. Align with wet hands, cover the dish and put in the oven. Bake on 220 degrees about 40 minutes, then uncover and bake more 20 minutes to get nice crust. Wrap in dishcloth and leave to cool.
