Chrono Wraps


  • 250 g flour (125 buckwheat and 125 spelt)
  • 1,5 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 125 ml mineral water (room temperature)

For coating:

  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 2 meshed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil


Knead the dough from listed ingredients. Divide it into 4 balls and leave them to rest for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven on 190 degrees. After 15 minutes, stretch the balls into 4 rectangles, about 1 millimeter thick. Arrange them directly into baking tray where you’ll bake wraps. Coat each, including the top one with prepared coating. When arrange nice, cut into 5 or 6 strips, depending on how thick you want to be. Then screw up each leaving the ends facing towards the bottom. Bake about 35 minutes.
