  • 1 piece of raw beet
  • 1 apple
  • little lemon juice
  • 3 dry plums
  • 3 – 4 dates


First you have to soak dry plums and dates. Then peel beet and apple and put into blender. Add plums and dates, and lemon juice and mix all. Pour into bowl or glass and decorate with chopped nuts.
