Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 100 g rye flour
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

Whisk one egg in a bowl. Add baking powder, sea salt and water. Then add flour, and you’ll get batter, so you’ll have to use spoon to take it. Put on a baking tray covered with baking paper and align. Bake in the oven some 15 minutes. Use toothpick to check is it baked.
