Roasted Red Peppers And Cheese Salad


  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 130 g hard white cheese
  • 50 crumbled cheese
  • few sprigs of parsley
  • 5 – 6 garlic cloves
  • sea salt if necessary
  • olive oil


Peel the peppers and chop. Crumble hard cheese and mix with crumbled and add to peppers. Then add chopped or mashed garlic, parsley and olive oil. Stir all with fork. It is best to prepare in the evening to let tastes to mix well. It fits perfectly with fried bacon and some pastry.
