Fermented Polenta


  • 3 tablespoons buckwheat flour
  • 3 dl cold water


In the evening put in a saucepan three tablespoons flour and add cold water constantly stirring to avoid making lumps. Cover the dish and leave overnight to ferment. In the morning put the dish on the stove and cook occasionally stirring and adding water. When cooked spice with fried bacon, grated cheese…and enjoy.
