- 4 small tomatoes
- 130 g cheese
- 60 g cream cheese
- 50 g ham
- 1/2 yellow or green pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (not mandatory)
- little fresh dill and parsley
Crumble cheese, add cream cheese and mix. Chop ham and peppers and add to cheese. Also chop dill and parsley, add to cheese and mix all. Finely add mustard and mix all. Cut the upper part of the tomato and then scoop out the middle. Stuff with prepared filling and decorate with parsley.
