Chrono Bake Rolls


  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 3 – 4 garlic cloves
  • few leaves of fresh basil
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 80 g rye flour
  • 80 g barley flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 150 ml lukewarm water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil


Peel tomatoes, cut into cubes and mash it. Chop garlic and basil and mix. Add flours, salt and seeds. Mix well, add water and oil and knead the dough. Cover and leave to rest one hour. Stretch the dough using rolling pin and with two glasses of different sizes make circles and rings. Arrange on baking paper and bake some 15 minutes on 200 degrees. They are small and crispy. If you like to be more soft then bake a little shorter.
