- 1 small broccoli
- 1 small roasted red pepper
- little chili pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 – 2 garlic cloves
- fresh dill, sea salt, pepper per taste
Cook broccoli in water just to soften. Cool it a bit and put into blender with other ingredients. If necessary or if it is too thick add little water. Sprinkle with chili pepper and serve.
If you’re in restriction you can combine this puree with some meat for the lunch.
