Tasty Bread

Ingredients

  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 100 g rye flour
  • 50 g oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 ml water

Preparation

Mix all three types of flour, water and ground flax. Cover and leave overnight or at least for 10 hours. In the morning add olive oil, salt and baking powder. Knead well and put in a mold for bread covered with baking paper. Align with wet hands and sprinkle with seeds. Put in the oven on 210 degrees and bake about 40 minutes. Use toothpick to check is it bakes. Wrap in a cloth and leave to cool.
