• 120 buckwheat flour
  • 60 g rye flour
  • 100 ground sunflower seeds
  • 40 g ground flax
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • little sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted pork fat
  • 100 ml lukewarm water

For coating:

  • little sesame
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Mix dry ingredients, add pork fat and water and knead the dough gradually adding flour. When become soft and non sticky transfer to working surface and stretch into circle. Cut the circle to the quarter and each quarter to 3 triangles. If necessary, cut off the rounded edges to align the triangle and repeat the procedure from the rest of the dough. With a thin knife, first remove the dough from the surface and then roll up each into the roll. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame. Bake on 200 degrees about 25 to 30 minutes.
