Stuffed Shells


  • 250 g allowed flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 125 g young cheese
  • 50 ml sour milk
  • 50 ml allowed oil
  • 1 egg white


Make a soft, but not sticky dough from listed ingredients. Form shells from the dough and stuff with prepared filling (leek, spinach and cheese), coat with whisked egg white, sprinkle with seeds per your taste and bake on 180 degrees about 30 minutes.
