Fast Pancakes


  • 100 ml rye flour
  • 140 ml water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. You should get thick mixture, thicker than for classic pancakes. Heat the frying pan and pour mixture with tablespoon, one per one tablespoon. Make circles as for mini pancakes and fry few minutes from both sides.
