Ingredients

  • 100 g cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • water as needed

Preparation

First chop chickpeas in a blender or food processor, then add other ingredients and mix all well. To get nice, compact and homogeneous spread add little water at the end.
