Pancakes Without Eggs


  • 3 tablespoons barley flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 – 1,5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 ml water


Mix all ingredients. As pancakes are more greasy, it would be nicer to bake and will be tastier. Heat a frying pan for pancakes and place mixture in it, half a ladle for each pancake. When bubbles are formed, turn it. Pancakes will be fried very fast, because they are thinner than the classic Americans but are smaller than European ones.
