New Year's Bread


  • 200 g rye flour
  • 50 g barley flour
  • per tablespoon sesame, pepita, sunflower and flax + for sprinkling
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 120 – 130 ml water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder


Mix well two types of flour, salt and baking powder. Then add seeds, mix well, one whisked egg, oil and water. Leave to rest and form the disk, put it in the baking tray covered with baking paper. Put in preheated oven on 210 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
