Fasting Flowers

Ingredients

  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 100 g rye flour
  • 50 g barley flour
  • 50 g buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • 1 teaspoon caraway
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch or two sea salt
  • 1,5 dl lukewarm water

Preparation

Mix flours, salt and baking powder, then add seeds. Then add oil and water and knead the dough. It should be solid. Stretch the dough on a floured surface and make flower using molds. Arrange on a baking tray covered with baking paper and put in preheated oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
