- 2 slices of stale bread
- 3 eggs
- 3 – 4 olives
- 1 tablespoon roasted red peppers sauce or tomato sauce
- few twigs of parsley
- sea salt, pepper and turmeric
Crumble bread with your hand and then chop in a blender. You’ll get sandy mixture. Pour it into small baking dish covered with baking paper. Chop olives and put over the bread. In a bowl whisk eggs with spices, add sauce and chopped parsley. Pour egg mixture over the bread and olives and put in preheated oven. Bake on 210 degrees about 15 minutes.
