Perfect Fragrant Small Breads

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour (1,5 spelt, 0,5 rye, 0,5 buckwheat and 0,5 barley)
  • 5 – 6 tablespoons ground flax (brown and golden flax)
  • 5 – 6 tablespoons sesame
  • 5 tablespoons dried onion
  • 3 tablespoons caraway
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons psyllium
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 6 – 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 baking powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except baking powder and knead the dough. Leave it overnight to ferment. In the morning add baking powder and knead again. With wet hands take the dough, form the balls or small loaves and arrange them into baking tray covered with baking paper. Cut each little with a knife to make a cross and put a piece of butter in the middle of it. Put in preheated oven on 220 degrees and bake about 20 – 25 minutes, depending on the oven.
